Products which are under Warranty and having manufacturing defects shall be repaired by Authorized Service Centres ("FREE OF COST") Customer shall show purchase-bill (and original Warranty card, if provided) for availing warranty service. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
The following items are NOT covered by this warranty.

Accessories are not covered under Warranty.

Damage caused by battery leakage.
Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument, case or gig bag including plated surfaces, pickguards, zippers, clasps, handles, latches, case hardware etc.
Any instrument, whose serial number is missing, altered or tampered with in any fashion.
Instruments that have been serviced by unauthorized persons.

Beautiful guitar with an amazing neck. The neck is the best I have, very comfortable, soft to the touch and very well made. The 14" radius and fingerboard make for a wonderful playability. The guitar tunes perfectly. The frets are very well built. The nut is of high quality and provides a very special tonality and vibration. The locking headstock is very effective. Great build quality without any flaws. Neck is comfortable to play. No sharp edges of the neck. The pickups is nice. I like the neck and middle pick-up. I have no complaints on this guitar. Overall a nice guitar, very happy with it.
