As per the guidelines set by the Government of India, we will now be able to deliver our products in Green, Orange and Red zones. While our services have resumed for these zones, we will not be able to deliver our products in the containment zones.

1. Is Raj Musicals Showroom open? Is there any changes in store timings?

3. Will my order and shipment be delayed due to COVID-19?
Dispatch time - Once we receive the order for the product we have in stock, the product is dispatched in 1 - 3 days from our warehouse located at New Delhi.
Delivery Times- Due to current situation of COVID-19, delivery times could take longer than normal. Once orders are dispatched, most of courier companies are experiencing additional transit and zone-specific delays. This is because of current situation and local lock-down rulings are frequently changing, which in turn is impacting their delivery timelines to you. It is our current experience that you need to expect shipping delays even beyond the estimated date of delivery on your courier’s shipment tracking page.
Please bear with us in case delivery of orders at your location take longer than usual. Courier companies are facing shortage of Manpower and in rarest cases, they may request you to collect your order from their Local office. If your address falls within a non-serviceable / restricted area due to COVID-19 or any other reason, beyond our control, we will not be able to deliver your package to you and cancel the order and refund your full payment
4. How shipment are Dispatched?
All our shipments are dispatched from our warehouse located at New Delhi. We dispatch small items like microphones, headphones, audio interfaces etc. by Surface or by Air, depends upon availability and feasibility of service for your location. But big size items like guitars, keyboards, Pianos, drumsets etc. are always dispatched by Surface. So these items normally take longer time for Delivery.
5. Can I cancel my order due to COVID-19?

6. Can I return my order due to Covid-19?
Keeping with front-line initiatives and guidelines put in place by Governmental authorities to stem the spread of COVID-19, and safeguard public health, processing of Return requests could take longer time than normal. 7. What is the approximate timeline for deliveries of products?
