  • Any damage to an instrument resulting from customization or modification from factory
    standards.
  • The cleaning of controls or contacts of electronics due to exposure to dirty, dusty, or otherwise contaminated environment.
  • Damage caused by battery leakage.
  • Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument, case or gig bag including plated surfaces, pickguards, zippers, clasps, handles, latches, case hardware etc.
  • Any instrument, whose serial number is missing, altered or tampered with in any fashion.
  • Instruments that have been serviced by unauthorized persons.

  • Any instrument, whose serial number is missing, altered or tampered.
  • Products purchased as open box cannot be returned. Open Box products have been tested and are guaranteed to be functional. If your open box product is non-functional, please contact us.
  • Products damaged due to the use of an inappropriate power supply or products that were damaged due to voltage stability issues.

User friendly and good product. I can use it very quickly in spite of never using a pedal or an electronic device with my wind instrument before. I am satisfied with the product and service by Raj musicals, but extra protective packaging should be better.

I recEived it in a timely matter i went over the book instruction I then plug it in and it was so easy to work then I checked out all of the cool stuff that it does man your talking hours of fun I"m very pleased with my processor thanks once again Rajmusicals nd team.
